關站公告的部落格
鄉村20天內會關站 10/27/06 9:11:26 am
自從 2003年九月八號開站以來, 部落格鄉村已經三歲了! 不專心的我終於把公司資本額燒光. 在這裡我只能對曾經相信過我的人說聲對不起. 這也不是我想要的絕局. 到這個地步, 我也很痛苦.
大家這兩天已嘗試到失去部落格的痛苦. 所以我在這特別強調, 趕快備份, 搬新家. 要搬到哪, Cyworld是個功能上我為一佩服得網站. 再見了!

不過~
貼心的實用的設計規劃如筆友部落格的功能是其他地方看不到的!

兩天的不得其門而入 好多的不確定讓人心慌....
一年多來 一個讓我像神傾心吐意 一個讓我表達內心對孩子的關懷 進而結交了許多好朋友的鄉村 早已在我的生命裡烙下了深深的印記..........

非常的感謝您，雖然我並不能為你做什麼；
但相信大家最最讚賞的，
是鄉村的那一份寧靜、祥和與樸實。
在這裡，大家都是那麼的用心在和每一個人相處，
或許這也是站長的初衷，
我當初看了很多個知名的部落格，
但只有鄉村這個地方，
沒有廣告；
沒有讓人看到眼花撩亂的連結；
只有一篇篇發自內心的感想，
鄉村，雖然不像知名的部落格那樣有名，
但它一定擁有相當數量的使用者的向心力，
這是最不簡單的地方。

都是因為包括我在內的很多使用者沒有付費啦,我覺得還是應該趕快提醒大家使用者付費的觀念才是長久之計,另外,房租兩萬應可省下至少一半,若是租便宜一點的地點呢? |

還是希望鄉村能夠維持下去
坦白講，我沒錢也沒力，不過看過市面各個部落格系統，覺得真是各有各的引人之處；而鄉村最與眾不同的設計，便在於它獨特的、注重用戶之間關係的"社群"特色。讓人有很熟悉溫暖的歸屬感--很少blog系統會注意到這一點。
不過我也知道管理這麼一個大站是極耗心力的。不管未來怎樣，謝謝你給了我們這個園地 |

三年的努力.已經有一點基礎.說放棄是很容易的.可是要再建置.是非常不容易的.一個月40000.-的基本開銷.加人員以及設備折舊.我想一個月100.000.-是一定要的.加上利潤.(經營任何事業.都要計算入利潤.才可以永續經營.這是天道)每月應該至少要有120.000.-以上營收才好.
有理想.也要能獨立存活.加油啦...
觀察無名小站的轉型經營方式.找個金主.又和交大合作研究經營模式business model.一年半之後.走出一片天....
鄉村網站的經營過於保守.忘記..同類的網站只能存活一到三家.消遙式的業餘經營.會失去大好前程的..加油啦..
網站的經營..理想.熱情.基本參與者..鄉村已經有了..但是.速度.變化.經營能力.營運計畫.募資..都要加油啦...
募資是企業成長關鍵之一..不能小看或是忽略喔..
祝你可以從新思考.東山再起..
以前有一個資訊科技的博士要關掉他的公司.我告訴他.關掉就關掉了.你這輩子要再有事業可能就沒有機會了.他因此再去找一個金主.從此.企業經營到現在..十年啦...
加油..不要輕易放棄...堅持和找最後機會..發揮自己的潛能與理想的熱忱..總會有人會幫忙的..
企業家都是想幫忙有大理想.大計畫.大魄力的人.不會想幫忙守成.業餘式經營的人...記住啦... |

一年120萬的開銷.真的.很少啦.企業投資少說也是3000--5000萬.把網站擴張到一年1000萬的投資.營收有1500萬潛力.應該是有機會的.心有多大.台灣鄉村網站就有多大....

淚眼不必相對
這兩天的雞飛狗跳（因為狀況很貼切，不是罵人啦，連我自己也跳了好幾下），實在讓人五味雜陳。
很想第一時間出一些主意，但也很想看看難得一見的個案將如何發展，一把年紀了，還是忍不住心急的性格使然，說說幾句。
憑良心講，就一個月要四萬元支出的生意，有自己做生意或上班族的高階主管，恐怕會覺得「嗄？不多吧？沒那麼嚴重吧？」
一來村子裡的能人異士甚多，不會沒有喜歡鄉村、有些錢（50萬/年，未來可以有收入）、企圖發展網路事業者？那就給他「夾來配」，豈不皆大歡喜。
二是，也該有從事行銷企畫、危機處理，在外頭刀光劍影，見多了場面的事件行銷高手，想是「羽扇綸巾」，談笑間一揮而就，只是一個典型的問題小蛋糕吧？（聽風擺渡人正努力著）
三是，也應該有從事媒體的朋友，在一遍腥風血雨的報導中，設法說服上頭的人，把這個事件擴大一下，看能不能搏到個版面露出，總是不無好處。
四是，如果全村都是老弱婦孺，沒有人具有這些長處，那麼總認識以上三種類型的朋友吧？打個電話說說說，搞不好什麼屁都不放，便能解套（真的，厲害的人太多人）。
五是，萬一鄉村真的要落到「十四萬人齊解甲，軍中無一是男兒！」
連村民們都無法保護自己喜歡的格子，那就認命吧，不具未來競爭力的格子，恐怕也是拖時延日的痛苦掙扎。
狀況講完。
我也來野人獻曝一下：
1.續命「金」丹，也是一顆黑藥丸，名之為「金」，其意甚明，眼下先弄熱錢來吧。以目前的熱誠，單靠捐款撐一兩個月應該不成問題，不多說。
2.除了捐錢以外，可以捐「物」，大家把東西捐出來就在村子口拍賣，當作鄉村基金，一年一度有盛會，連非村民都可以一起來玩。
3.我沒想過做部落格要怎麼賺錢，看看別人，想想自己。
4.村子口設置「搶救發想中心」、「延續發展中心」、「長遠發財中心」，讓有心有力的村民集智，讓「短、中、長期目標」，經常有點子衝擊。
5.村長別難過，因為這件事情其實還滿好玩的，請永遠樂觀以對。

有人以為這是站長引君入甕的雕蟲小技
我認為別以小人之心度君子之腹
鄉村已免費供應使用三年
有哪個富商願意供應那麼久還認勞任怨的
站長這時候才說出情況是稍嫌太慢
早就應該有所行動
鄉村的特色就是沒有以廣告來支撐經費這是可取之處
很多村友都不知道(包括我)
為何那麼一個單純又那麼多容易明白的功能可使用的地方沒設收費站！
沒有誰會問要不要給錢
除非是一個願打一個願挨
就是村民願意樂捐
有多給多，有少給少
一萬人有七成的人響應就可以穩賺不賠了
我認為還是別以規定收費做為號招
別破壞了原有的氣氛
假若鄉村與一般收費的網站以廣告和收費做為其宗旨
那他與別的網站也沒什麼特別之處
遲早村民還是會離開的
